I am a Professor of Information and Communications Technology at Seneca College, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I teach software development and conduct research in machine learning, perceptual control theory (PCT) and quantum foundations.
I also collaborate with M.M. Taylor Consulting on research in PCT, and have worked for G-Squared Software, under contract to Defence Research & Development Canada, on machine learning (neural networks), PCT, and computational cognitive neuroscience. I have taught at career colleges and at two private schools (The Laurel School and The Abelard School).
I have a Ph.D. and M.A. from York University, an M.Sc. from the University of Alberta, and a B.Sc. from St. Francis Xavier University.
